SATURDAY, September 14, 2024

Where: Lost Lake Park – Race HQ | Transition area

  • 1:00 pm Kids Race Package Pick up 
  • 2:00 pm Package Pick up for CHAMPIONSHIP & SPRINT races TBC
  • 2:15 pm XTERRA Kids race briefing (15 min prior to race start)
  • 2:30 Kids Race Start (starting with the younger kids first)
  • 2:45 Youth A Super Sprint Start

SUNDAY, September 15th, 2024

Where: Lost Lake Park – Race HQ | Transition area

  • 7:00-8:00 am Last Chance Package Pick up Championship  & Sprint races
  • 7:00 am Transition Opens
  • 7:00-8:30 am  Body Marking + Timing Chip pick up
  • 8:30-8:45 am Swim Course warm up (swim safety needs to be in place before we open course)
  • 8:40 am Transition Closes
  • 8:50am Mandatory race briefing on beach
  • 9:00 am Sprint Race Start (includes Youth B & Junior categories)
  • 9:05-9:20 am Swim Course  warm up – Championship athletes
  • 9:30 am Championship Distance Age Group + Relay Race Starts
  • TBC Merchandise shop open 
  • 2:30 pm Race Cut Off
  • TBC Awards (or as soon as we have all race results).

Important Information:

  • Mountain Bikes only, they can be hard tail or dual suspension. Gravel bikes are not allowed.

  • Photo identification is required to pick up your race package. Triathlon BC does not allow us to give you your race package without ID.

  • Only YOU can pick up your race package.

  • Triathlon BC membership numbers and single day licenses will all be validated prior to race day.

  • Your package will include a bib number, a swim cap and timing chip (pins included). You’ll also receive your XTERRA Whistler swag.

Xterra Whistler takes place in and around Lost Lake Park, Whistler, B.C. The course is open to the public on race day. We go to great lengths to let the public know that a race will be occurring as we strive to provide an efficient and competitor-friendly schedule.

  • There is very limited parking available at Lost Lake Parking lot on race day, but the start, finish and transition area is accessible by the Valley Trail, and is a fifteen minute walk, or five minute bike ride from Whistler Village and the day lots. Valley Trail Map

  • Dogs are not permitted on Lost Lake Park Beach. If you bring a dog, it must be on a leash around race HQ. There is an off leash area at “Canine Cove” about 400m north from Lost Lake Beach.
